All shipments are packaged discreetly. There are no product names, brand identifiers, or cannabis-related references displayed on the exterior of the package. We prioritize customer privacy and confidentiality in all deliveries.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Insurance

In some cases, the shipping carrier may request or offer package insurance. Insurance fees are determined by the shipping carrier and not by Choice Labs LLC.

We cannot determine the insurance cost in advance because it depends on carrier policies, destination, declared value, and other shipping factors. Any optional insurance fees requested by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within standard business hours. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and final delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. Choice Labs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, routing errors, or external disruptions.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not qualify for refund or reshipment.
